Interference from the data acquisition system can also cause data anomalies. If the sensor signal line is not routed separately from the power cable, electromagnetic interference can cause signal distortion. If the sampling frequency of the acquisition card is too low, it can lead to data curve spikes or jumps. The signal line should be shielded and kept away from interference sources, and the acquisition card should be upgraded to increase the sampling frequency. Loose or worn mechanical structures can also lead to data deviation. After multiple tests, loose bolts or worn bearings of the loading mechanism can cause the loading head to sink, affecting data accuracy. Regular inspections and tightening of bolts are necessary, and worn bearings or guide rail sliders should be replaced.
