according tostandardYY9706.252-2021of201.9.8.3.2The requirement is to conduct static load tests on the support and suspension systems of medical bed components used to support and fix patients, to verify their mechanical strength.

Medical beds and bed lifting devices should be able to withstand a uniformly distributed static load weighing twice the safe working load or 4000N (whichever is greater), and should be located at the most unfavorable position on the mattress support platform placed horizontally (see Figure 201.115).

When damage occurs due to wear, corrosion, material fatigue, or aging, the safety factor of the relevant supporting components should not be less than 4 times the safe working load.
