DESCRIPTION
201.9.8.3.3.4 Dynamic test of lifting rod
After the following tests, the lifting rod and its fasteners can still work normally and there is no danger. Unexpected movement of the lifting rod or its handle should be considered dangerous.
Verify compliance through the following tests:
Place the lifting rod in the most unfavorable position for use on the medical bed.
Apply a vertical downward safe working load to the handle of the lifting rod (at least 750N) 1000 times. During and after the application of the load, check the tension rod and its fasteners, and record the deflection and deformation.
During the use of safe working loads, the deflection of the lifting rod should not exceed 100mm, and the permanent deformation relative to the mattress support platform after durability testing should not exceed 20mm.
Manufacture according to the relevant requirements of clause 201.9.8.3.3.4 of YY9706.252-2021 "Medical Electrical Equipment Part 2-52: Special Requirements for Basic Safety and Basic Performance of Medical Beds".
