according toGB/I18029.82008 standard requires design and manufacturing, and impact testing of the backrest, handwheel, casters, and other parts of the wheelchair;
2、 Basic functional parameters:
1. Small caster and footrest impact test pendulum total weight: 10kg ± 0.25kg
2. The distance from the axis center to the impact center is 1000mm ± 2mm
3. Hand circle impact test pendulum total mass: 10kg ± 0.25kg
4. Backrest impact test pendulum total mass: 25kg ± 0.5kg
5. Swing impact angle: 0-90 degrees;
6. Pendulum lifting method: manual lifting (can include lifting motor brand: Taiwan Yutian)
