Vehicle water wading performance testing device

1、 Product Overview: Suitable for electric bicycles to be driven in a pool with a water depth of 100mm. The electric bicycle can be driven at a speed of 15km/h for 500m or for a total driving time of no more than 10 minutes to test its water wading performance. The equipment is particularly suitable for conducting water immersion tests on electric bicycles in laboratories with insufficient testing sites.

2、 Compliant with standards: Designed and manufactured in accordance with GB17761-2018 and GB24155-2009 standards.

3、 Working conditions: RT+10 ℃~60 ℃, relative humidity ≤ 85%.

4、 Technical parameters:

1Control mode: PLC control, touch screen human-machine interface operation, independent control box;

3Test specimen: maximum length of 1.8 meters, width of 0.6 meters;

4Frame structure: Four piece assembled silicone sealing waterproof;

5Test pool: stainless steel structure with water pump for waterproofing;

6Sample fixing: Adjustable fixing bracket, allowing the front and rear wheels of the sample to be suspended for testing, with a height ruler;

7Speed regulation: driven by servo motor, connected to the speed control handle of the mechanical arm, and the rotation angle can be set on the touch screen;

8Load configuration: The front handle weighs 10 kilograms, the central shaft weighs 20 kilograms, the saddle weighs 45 kilograms, and the weights are made of 304 stainless steel. They are connected or suspended to the sample using a fixed fixture;

9Immersion method: Water pump supply, submerge the bottom of the tire by 100mm, and automatically stop when the water level is reached;

10Drainage method: Direct drainage through sewers;

12Sample transportation: equipped with a ramp platform;
