Developed according to the requirements of the threshold barrier and door post impact testing standards for vacuum cleaners, after 20 simulated walks on threshold barriers and 2 door post impacts, a total of 500 cycles of cyclic testing were conducted to assess the overall walking life and impact resistance of the vacuum cleaner. The testing machine was controlled by a PLC program to perform reciprocating linkage operations and program cyclic actions for long-term durability testing.
