4 Technical indicators:

4.1 Test angle size: 1500x1500x1800mm; (Customized according to customer requirements)

*4.2 Thermocouples: Thermocouples with a diameter less than 0.3mm

4.3 Thermocouple Layout: All leads are connected to one wiring block

*4.4 Temperature measuring copper sheet: 15mm diameter, 1mm thickness brass sheet;

*4.5 Temperature measurement points: 64 points

*4.6 Testing angle temperature measurement points: Point layout method: 100 * 100mm full coverage

4.7 Plywood: approximately 20mm thick plywood, coated with matte black paint on the front and gray film board on the back

*4.8 The top plate has a hook in the middle, with a load-bearing capacity of up to 3 kilograms

5 Basic configurations:

6 Install Connection：

After unboxing, connect the thermocouple wire plug with plug to the temperature measurement interface, and connect the tail end of the thermocouple wire with plug to the terminal on the back plate of the thermometer.

7 Operation Method：

7.Place the test sample on the testing corner as required and turn on the power supply;

7.Two thermocouples are led to the terminals on the back plate of the thermometer on the side plate through the wire slot;

7.Measure the temperature of each point on the current measuring surface.
