The swinging component impacts the test block. Obtain the peak acceleration by processing each impact data measured by the accelerometer. F. 2 Experimental equipment
F. 2.1 Experimental apparatus
Including test block (F.2.2), accelerometer (F.2.3), and chain (F.2.4), as shown in Figure F.1.
F.2.2 Test block
It is an aluminum ball with a diameter of 160mm ± 5mm and a weight of 4.6kg ± 0.05kg. The surface roughness of the aluminum ball is less than 25 μ m, which ensures uniform transmission of impact between the impact surface and the accelerometer.
F. 2.3 Accelerometer
Can measure three-axis acceleration. Installed at the center of gravity of the test block (F.2.2), the error between the sensitive axis and the direction of motion of the test block shall not exceed 2 °.
F. 2.4 Chain
Quantity 2, diameter 6mm, length 1600mm (from shaft to test block).
