Shenzhen Demaisheng Touchscreen Controlled Underground Lamp Static Load Shear Load Testing Machine Purpose:
Meet the requirements of GB 7000.213-2015 standard 6.1 static load resistance test and 6.2 shear load test.
Design Overview:
The buried lamp static load and shear load testing machine adopts electric hydraulic method to provide stable and quiet constant pressure. According to the standard requirements, the extrusion device must meet a pressure change rate of ≤ 5000N/min, a rubber indenter diameter requirement of 50mm, a Shore hardness of 60-70, and a thickness of 50mm. The system is composed of multiple high-precision pressure sensors controlled by CNC proportional control, a closed control loop, an operation interface, etc., and is based on Haiming Company's years of design experience in mechanical equipment and understanding of standards. Effectively improve the service life of experimental equipment and ensure the accuracy of experimental data. Real time pressure monitoring is achieved through an encoder, and the pressure signal collected by the pressure sensor is fed back to the MCU for analysis and processing. The pressure can be adjusted, the pressure holding time can be adjusted, and the number of squeezing cycles can be displayed. It has high automation, easy operation, and one click control, making it convenient to display and record test data.
