1. Temperature Range: RT+10℃~55℃
2. Humidity Range: ≥93% RH
3. Temperature Uniformity: ±2℃
4. Temperature Fluctuation: ±0.5℃
5. Fog Settling Amount: 1~2ml/80cm²
6. Spraying Method: Continuous/Periodic (selectable)
7. Test Methods: Neutral Salt Spray Test (NSS), Acetic Acid Spray Test (ASS), Salt Spray Test (SS), Copper Accelerated Acetic Acid Spray Test (CASS), etc.
8. Sample Holder: The sample holder can accommodate tilt tests at 15℃~30℃ (two layers);
9. Air Compressor Model: V-0.013/12.5 (customer-supplied) Exhaust Pressure: 1.25M Volumetric Flow Rate: 0.13 m³/min
II. Chamber Materials:
1. The salt spray test chamber is constructed entirely of imported PVC reinforced rigid plastic sheeting, with a smooth and flat surface that is resistant to aging and corrosion; it avoids the surface fading and fiberization that occurs with fiberglass over time. The all-plastic structure of the salt spray test chamber can withstand long-term strong acid and strong salt spray tests without any damage.
2. The chamber lid is made of fully transparent imported impact-resistant sheet material, facilitating observation of the test samples during testing. The lid and chamber body are water-sealed to prevent salt spray leakage.
III. Heating System:
1. The test temperature inside the chamber is achieved through water-jacketed heating and humidification. The heating element uses a titanium alloy protective tube and an internal nickel-chromium alloy far-infrared heating core.
2. It heats up quickly and provides uniform temperature distribution; and consumes approximately half the power compared to fiberglass chambers with jacketed heating systems.
IV. Applicable Standards:
This product meets GB2423.17 "Basic Procedures for Electrical and Electronic Products - Test Ka", salt spray test method, and GB/T10125-1997 (ISO9227:2006), GB10587, GJB150, and DIN50021.
