DESCRIPTION

1、 Main purpose

The impact and puncture resistance tester for safety helmets is used to test the impact and puncture resistance performance of safety helmets. The equipment is highly automated and easy to operate, and is widely used in safety helmet production enterprises, major quality inspection units, and construction engineering testing stations.

2、 Instrument features

1. The instrument is fully automatic controlled by a microcomputer. Adopting a dedicated processing system, the instrument automatically collects dynamic signals, processes and outputs data, and has printing function to automatically record and lock the peak impact force.

2. Adopting high-precision dynamic force sensors imported from Germany with a range of 20KN.

3. Adopting a leak free magnetic adsorption structure, the center position of the safety helmet is automatically located by the hammer and puncture cone.

4. Test head mold: Special molds are used to cast the first and second metal head molds, which meet the specific requirements of the standard. After being impacted, they can be repaired, which is significantly better than the old standard wooden head molds.

5. The whole machine adopts European standard aluminum profiles and a frame structure, which has stronger stability; The electrical circuit adopts a built-in design, with a beautiful structure and a modern sense of technology and texture.

6. Impact height: 1000mm ± 5mm, adjustable height with a vertical spiral handle. Convenient height adjustment and easy control; Height measurement is simple and intuitive, greatly improving testing efficiency and accuracy.

7. The hammer and puncture hammer can be freely replaced, and the operation is simple.

8. Protection system: The newly designed metal protective net and installation link fixing method greatly reduce the possibility of accidents during the test and further improve the safety of the test operation.

9. The bottom is equipped with a horizontal testing device to ensure that the test is horizontal and improve the accuracy of the test.

10. Impact method: Adopting a free fall form, it simulates the actual usage site in the most realistic way, avoiding complex velocity compensation with guide rails or guided falls, and ensuring the accuracy of testing.

3、 Main technical indicators

1. Head mold: Complies with the provisions of Appendix A of GB/T 2812-2006 "Test Methods for Safety Hats" standard.

2. Bench: capable of controlling the lifting, suspension, and release of impact hammers and puncture cones.

3. Drop hammer: Impact drop hammer: mass 5.0 ± 0.01kg, hammer head is hemispherical with a radius of 48mm, made of 45 # steel, symmetrical and uniform in shape. Piercing cone: mass 3.0 ± 0.01kg, piercing part: cone angle 60 °, cone tip radius 0.5mm, length 40mm, maximum diameter 28mm, hardness HRC45.

4. Force sensor: measuring range 0-20KN, corresponding minimum frequency of 5kHz, dynamic force sensor, accurate to 1N.

5. Base: It has impact resistance and can firmly install force sensors.

6. Power on display device: When the circuit forms a closed loop, it can emit a signal indicating that the puncture cone has contacted the head mold.

7. Hammer height: 1000mm ± 5mm.

8. 1 # and 2 # magnesium aluminum alloy test head molds, each with a weight of 5.0kg ± 0.1kg. The remaining dimensions and parameters comply with the provisions of Appendix A of GB/T 2812-2006.

9. Working power supply: AC220V, 50Hz.
