DESCRIPTION
one Overview:
residual voltageThe measuring instrument is based on the national standard4706.1andIECDesign and manufacture according to the requirements of relevant standards, used to test the residual voltage on the voltage terminals of various low-voltage appliances and household appliances after work. The instrument is widely applicable to production plants, scientific research and quality inspection departments
II Main technical parameters:
1Working power supplyAC220V 50Hz
2Working environment Air temperature ≤40 +℃ relative humidity ≤90 %Places without corrosive gases
3AC output voltage :95V– 130V;190V–250V, ±1%, second gear
4AC output current :5 A(Short term)10A)
5Timer range:10 ms–60.00 s
6Residual voltage detection: 0.1 –320VThe accuracy is as follows
Power supply voltmeter: ±1.5V
Residual voltmeter: range0~80V: ±0.5V
range0~320V: ±2.0V
The comprehensive accuracy of residual voltage test results (considering phase angle disconnection, delay deviation, and power waveform)
range0~80V: ±2.0V
range0~320V: ±4.0V
Note: The accuracy of this test is only evaluated when the peak is disconnected, and the overall uncertainty of other phase disconnections may be greater.
Panel layout description:
1AC voltmeter, indicating the operating voltage of the tested electrical appliance. The voltmeter has220V/110VTwo levels.(This voltmeter is a true RMS AC voltmeter).
2Time relay, set the interval time between the stop of the tested electrical device and the test. Usually set as1In seconds.
3Residual voltage meter, indicating the residual voltage of the tested electrical device after it stops running.
4Operating voltage output terminal: Electrical appliances that are not convenient to use power output sockets can output operating voltage here.
5Power switch
6Voltage gear switch.
7Voltage boost button.
8Voltage reduction button.
9Operation indicator light: When the start button is pressed, there is a running voltage output on the power output socket, and this indicator light is on.
10Test indicator light: When the test button is pressed, the running voltage output stops and enters the intermittent and residual voltage testing state. At this time, the test indicator light is on.
11Lock indicator light: Residual voltage test completed, residual voltage meter reading locked, this is
The indicator light is on.
12Start button: Apply operating voltage to the tested electrical appliance.
13Test button: Start residual voltage test.
14Clear button: returns the instrument to its initial state.
15Power output socket.
4、 Usage steps:
1Before testing, connect the tested electrical appliance to the operating voltage output socket or terminal.
2Set the voltage gear switch according to the required operating voltage of the electrical appliance. Connect the power supply and adjust the operating voltage by pressing the voltage up and down buttons.
3Press the start switch, and the 'Run' light will turn on. Let the tested electrical device run for an appropriate period of time.
4Press the test switch, and the "test" light will turn on. Set the relay timer for the interval time, and after the set time, start the residual voltage testing program and automatically lock the reading. At this time, the "test" light will turn off and the "lock" light will turn on.
5Record data. Clear button to restore the instrument to its initial state and prepare for the next experiment.
5、 Attention:
1The instrument should be well grounded during use.
2When there is a large surge current at the moment of power on, sufficient power capacity must be provided for the instrument to avoid tripping during startup.
