DESCRIPTION

The refrigerator performance and energy efficiency testing system is used for type testing and operating condition testing of refrigerators, providing stable and reliable environmental conditions. Simultaneously equipped with explosion-proof devices using HC refrigerant. Its main technical conditions comply with the requirements of sections 6.1.1-6.1.4 of GB8059.1-3-1995 and sections 5.1-5.1.2 of GB8059.4-93, as well as the requirements of the new version of GB/T8059.

3、 Laboratory environmental conditions

(1) Temperature and humidity control range and accuracy: Dry bulb temperature: 0-50 ℃± 0.3 ℃

Relative humidity: 45-95% RH ± 3% RH (above 16 ℃)

(2) Temperature distribution: in accordance with GB standards

(3) Temperature fluctuation range: The specified ambient temperature should be maintained at each measuring point, with a fluctuation range within ± 0.5 ℃.

(4) Temperature gradient: Within the range of 2300mm above the ground, the vertical temperature gradient is ≤ 0.90K/m within the range of 10-45 ℃, and ≤ 1.5K/m for the rest (divided into three layers, with distances of 300mm from the ground for the lower layer, 1000mm from the ground for the middle layer, and 650mm from the ceiling for the upper layer).

(5) Wind speed: The wind speed in any direction at all specified measuring points is ≤ 0.20 m/s.

(6) Heating and cooling speed: The time from 10 ℃ to 50 ℃ is less than 120 minutes; The time from 50 ℃ to 10 ℃ is less than 150 minutes.
