1、 Equipment Introduction:
This device is a wind volume measurement system developed and manufactured according to standards such as GB/T 17713-2011 "Range hoods" and GB/T14806-2003 "AC ventilators and their speed controllers for household and similar use". This air performance test device is mainly designed for the "Exhaust Range Hood Air Performance Test Device" in Appendix C of GB/T17713-2011 "Range Hood" standard. This device can only be used for testing "Exhaust Range Hood" and cannot be used for testing "Circulating Range Hood".
The experimental device mainly consists of a testing air duct, a control cabinet, and an upper computer processing system. The test air duct is composed of transition pipes, rectifiers, diffusion tubes, pressure reducing tubes (regulators), movable supports, sampling joints, and orifice plates; The control cabinet consists of various sampling instruments, operating status indicator lights, and various control switches. The equipment air duct is made of all stainless steel, with a beautiful and elegant appearance and a reasonable internal layout. The main measurement and control instruments and valves are imported products. Using computer automatic measurement and control method, only manual installation of test samples and replacement of orifice plates are required, and the entire process of testing one test sample only takes ten minutes. It can measure the corresponding curves of static pressure, air volume, efficiency, etc. It has the characteristics of convenience, speed, stability, reliability, and good reproducibility. Satisfy the testing and use of related products in scientific research and production processes.
2、 Main technical performance indicators:
1. Purpose: Mainly used for air volume testing of range hoods.
2. Design basis: GB_17713-2011 "Range hood" Appendix C related requirements;
3. Testing principle: Simulate the actual working state of the test specimen in the testing wind tunnel, change the diameter of the orifice plate at the air outlet, and then measure the static pressure value at each air outlet. Then, use standard formulas to calculate the corresponding flow coefficient and air volume parameters at this time.
