One Overview
The air performance test device for range hoods is a wind measurement system developed and manufactured according to standards such as GB/T 17713-2011 "Range hoods" and GB/T14806-2003 "AC ventilators and their speed controllers for household and similar use". This air performance test device is mainly designed for the "Exhaust Range Hood Air Performance Test Device" in Appendix C of GB/T17713-2011 "Range Hood" standard. This device can only be used for testing "Exhaust Range Hood" and cannot be used for testing "Circulating Range Hood".
The basic testing principle is to simulate the actual working state of the test specimen in the testing wind tunnel, change the diameter of the orifice plate at the air outlet, and then measure the static pressure value at each air outlet. Then, the corresponding flow coefficient and air volume parameters are calculated using standard formulas.
The device adopts a computer automatic measurement and control method, which only requires manual installation of the test sample and replacement of the orifice plate. The entire process of testing one test sample only takes ten minutes. It can measure the corresponding curves of static pressure and air volume, air volume and speed, current, power, efficiency, etc. It has the characteristics of convenience, speed, stability, reliability, and good reproducibility.
