DESCRIPTION
1Test purpose:
The spark ignition testing fixture is used for spark ignition testing of boards or components in oxygen rich environments. This device is used for spark ignition testing to determine the presence of an ignition source.
IIEquipment Overview:
Oxygen rich spark ignition test deviceUsed for spark ignition testing of boards or components in oxygen rich environments, this device is used for spark ignition testing to determine the presence of an ignition source. Adopting programmable logic controller (P1C) to control the overall test process, fully automated testing, automatic collection of voltage and current data during the test process, and communication with instrument display. This experimental device can be connected to external instruments (such as programmable DC power supply) and an external black oxygen production device through the communication interface on the equipment to assist in completing the testing requirements.

4Spark ignition testing fixture:
The external exhaust outlet of an oxygen rich environment should not be located at a position where there is a risk of ignition due to electrical components installed outside the ME equipment or ME system (components that generate sparks under normal conditions or single fault conditions defined in 11.2.3). In the most unfavorable operating conditions, if the oxygen concentration in the environment near the electronic components does not exceed 25%, the risk of ignition is considered sufficiently low. Verify compliance with requirements through inspection.
5Structural principle:
Place a piece of cotton near the contact surface of the two joints. Oxygen is continuously sprayed onto the contact surface at a speed of 0.5m/s through a conduit, and the blocking electrode is moved towards the anode to approach the contact surface, then pulled back to separate it. Repeat at least 300 times to determine if the spark will ignite. If the spark becomes smaller due to the deterioration of the dry electrode surface, clean the electrode with a file. If the cotton turns black due to oxidation and needs to be replaced. By controlling the oxygen flow rate through a flow meter and driving the lead screw to move the probe through a stepper motor, the probe is accurately ensured to be in full contact. The outer frame is made of organic glass for easy observation of experimental phenomena.
