Main technical indicators
1.1 Overall Equipment Requirements
After the installation of the test piece (low-voltage measuring box), the static load and torsional force tests are automatically completed. The sample clamping mechanism ensures reliable clamping of the sample, and there is no resistance during the installation of the sample. There is no deformation or displacement during the testing process. The clamping height of the specimen shall not exceed 30% of the total height of the specimen
The software can select and customize specimen specifications, and the coordinates of static and torque force points are integrated into the specimen specifications and can be set separately.
Record the relationship between thrust and displacement changes during the experiment and display it in the form of a curve.
The central control unit should adopt a highly reliable industrial computer system, and the system should operate reliably.
All moving parts of the system are equipped with high-precision ball screws and high-performance servo systems to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the system's operation.
Components that require manual adjustment of position should be equipped with manual control buttons in convenient locations for easy operation.
Each moving component must have sufficient movement speed, and the adjustment time of each component should not exceed 20% of the required testing time after the testing process starts automatically, in order to improve testing efficiency.
During the testing process, if there are abnormal situations such as specimen damage, the test can be automatically stopped and clear abnormal prompts can be given. The system has reliable error detection and limit detection capabilities, and limit detection switches should be set at the endpoint positions of all moving parts, whose status can be reflected to the control center.
