DESCRIPTION
ME equipment crossing threshold motion test device
Mobile ME equipment weighing over 45kg should be able to cross a threshold of 10mm without causing imbalance.
Verify compliance with requirements through the following experiments:
METhe equipment is configured for transportation and assembled with safe working loads at the locations specified in the accompanying documents. ME equipment is moved for normal useMove forward and cross a vertical solid obstacle fixed to the ground 10 times (up and down). The cross-section of the obstacle should be 10mm ± 10mm high0.5mmA rectangle with a width of at least 80mm and a chamfer radius of 2mm ± 0.1mm on the top edge. The obstacle should be pushed through according to the operating method in the accompanying manual, or if no method is provided in the manual, the following test should be used.
For manually propelled ME equipment, all wheels and casters must impact obstacles at a speed of 0.8m/s ± 0.1m/s, or electricallyMotive driven mobile ME equipment, manually driven mobile ME equipment is pushed through handles.
MEIt is not allowed for equipment to cross (climb) obstacles (for example, due to small wheel radii). If there is an imbalance, it is judged as not passing.Basic safety and performance should remain unchanged.
Note: Examples of damages that may affect basic safety include reduced creepage distance and electrical clearance as required by 8.9, contact with components beyond the limits of 8.4, or
Contact with moving parts that may cause injury. If the experiment results in a basic safety deficiency, the evaluation stamp numbers that are helpful for confirmation are:The content in Chapter 8 and 11.6;
