Light string winding test device

Function description: This device mainly assesses whether the sealed light string has sufficient mechanical strength.

Technical Specifications:

The qualification of the rigid light string is verified by repeating each of the following tests 45 times in turn:

a) A tensile force of 60 is applied to the end of the tube without sudden force, lasting for 1 minute

b) 0.15N · n torque, applied to the end of the pipe in the most unfavorable direction (selectively in case of doubt) without sudden force, for 1 minute (requires torque equipment to be used in conjunction)

The qualification of the flexible light string is verified by conducting additional tests using this device after passing the above tests a and b.

Test: Apply a tensile force of 60N and wrap the hose into a cylinder with a diameter of 250mm. The number of winding times and the ambient temperature for the test shall be as follows:

IP20 light string 25 ℃± 5 ℃ 10 times

A string of lights with an IP20 rating or higher, 25 ℃± 5 ℃, 10 times

Next, 10 times at 15 ℃± 5 ℃
