DESCRIPTION

When the equivalent blade diameter is greater than 400mm, it shall not be less than 1500mm. The distance between the center of the measured bladeless fan outlet and the front wall surface:

--When the equivalent blade diameter is not greater than 400mm, it shall not be less than 1800mm; when the equivalent blade diameter is greater than 400mm, it shall not be less than 4000mm.

The distance between the center of the tested bladeless fan outlet and the left and right wall surfaces is 2250mm. The distance between the center of the tested bladeless fan outlet and the rear wall surface is not less than 1200mm.

The blade plane of the anemometer should be parallel to the blade plane of the tested bladeless fan. The distance between these two parallel planes (test distance) should be three times the equivalent blade diameter of the tested bladeless fan, with an allowable error of ± 15mm.

The wind speed is measured by a blade anemometer with an appropriate range. Use at least 4 blade anemometers.

Measure using an automatic airflow test bench, which includes a set of blade anemometers with an outer diameter not exceeding 40mm. The size of the anemometer allows it to be installed within a 40mm space between two anemometers, as shown in Appendix A.

The Z-axis (manual or automatic) can be operated with an accuracy of 2mm. The remote control can move the X-axis and Y-axis (see Figure 2) with an accuracy of 1mm. During the experiment, the test screen should be designed reasonably without external airflow. Note: The Z-axis is perpendicular to the plane of the anemometer.

Before the experiment, the tested bladeless fan should be operated at rated voltage and rated frequency for at least 1 hour.

When measuring, the bladeless fan is placed vertically, and the shaking and rotating mechanisms do not work, and it is operated in the highest speed gear.

During the experiment, no other items should be placed on the side of the bladeless fan for air supply, except for the anemometer and its rack. During the experiment, the testing personnel can stay on the inlet side of the bladeless fan and only enter the supply side of the bladeless fan when operating the anemometer and reading data, and return as soon as possible.

Measure by moving the arm of the airflow test bench equipped with an anemometer. If the anemometer is arranged on the Y-axis, then along the X-axis. If the anemometer is arranged on the X-axis, then along the Y-axis.

For anemometers arranged along the X-axis, the arm of the anemometer airflow test bench is located at the middle height of the fan outlet. For anemometers arranged along the Y-axis, the arm of the anemometer airflow test bench is located at the middle height of the fan outlet.

When the anemometer is arranged along the X-axis, the test bench moves 40mm upward along the Y-axis until all anemometers measure wind speeds not exceeding 24 m/min. Then, the anemometer airflow test bench returns to its starting position and moves downwards along Y by 40mm until all anemometer measurements do not exceed 24m/min.

When the anemometer is arranged along the Y-axis, the test bench moves 40mm to the left along the X-axis until all anemometers measure wind speeds that do not exceed 24 m/min. Then, the anemometer airflow test bench returns to its starting position and moves 40mm to the right along X until all anemometer measurements do not exceed 24 m/min.

The time for measuring wind speed shall not be less than 1 minute.

For each measurement point, the speed reading is averaged using the arithmetic mean over a sampling period of at least 60 seconds, with a sampling rate of at least 2Hz.
