2、 Overall plan
This plan does not include the laboratory building structure, which will be constructed by the user according to standard requirements.
1. General requirements for the laboratory
Size: 4500 (width) x 6000 (length) x 2800 (height) mm or more.
Wall: Smooth and flat, without any openings that affect airflow (air conditioning openings should not be blown directly).
Ground: The ground should be kept flat.
Temperature and humidity: When measuring air volume, the air temperature in the laboratory is 20 ℃± 5 ℃ and the humidity is 30% -80% (the user should bring their own air conditioner or dehumidifier).
Atmospheric pressure: an ordinary atmospheric environment with an altitude not exceeding 1000 meters.
2. Testing system
Main components: air volume testing wind tunnel, auxiliary fan, measurement and control electrical cabinet (including variable frequency power supply, electrical parameter measuring instrument, pressure transmitter, tachometer, etc.), branded computer, printer, test sample lifting platform, test sample installation flange, and test air duct.
System function: After being prompted by the computer to input sample parameters and test related data, all automatic measurement and control functions can be achieved, including air volume measurement; Voltage, current, and power measurement; Speed measurement, temperature, humidity, and atmospheric pressure measurement, testing process prompts, data tables, relevant curves, etc.
