The performance testing method for household vacuum cleaners is that the vacuum cleaner performance testing bench is manufactured in accordance with GB/T20291.1, IEC60312, IEC62885, F431-21 \ F558-17 standards (national standard, European standard, American standard). The testing parameters for the vacuum cleaner performance testing bench are the voltage, current, input power, power factor, suction power, speed, flow rate, vacuum degree, and efficiency of the vacuum cleaner.

DESCRIPTION
This is the second part of GB7138048 "Clothing, Painting, and Post Disinfection Clothing". GB/138048 has reversed the following parts:
Part 1: General requirements for test materials and equipment;
Part 2: Household and Similar Dry Vacuum Cleaners
Performance testing methods;
Part 3: Performance testing method for wet carpet cleaning equipment.
This document replaces GB/T20291.1-2014 "Household vacuum cleaners - Part 1: Performance testing method for dry vacuum cleaners
Compared with GB/T20291.1-2014, in addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes of the law are as follows:
Added "reference vacuum cleaner", "reference vacuum cleaning system", "cordless power suction nozzle", "handheld vacuum cleaner", "bucket vacuum cleaner"
The terms and definitions of "connecting pipes" (see 3.17, 3.18, 3.19, 3.20, 3.21, and 3.22);
Added regulations on the direction of test carpet fluff (see 4.2.2);
Added operating regulations for dry vacuum cleaners with multiple cleaning heads and multi gear cleaning heads (see 4.6);
Changed the "indoor reference vacuum cleaner system" to "test carpet" and added the requirement for the test carpet when using the reference vacuum cleaner system
Processing requirements (see 4.10 in the 2014 version);
Added size requirements for T-shaped right angle connectors (see Figure 1);
Added calculation methods for "determination of fiber removal ability on carpets" and "fiber distribution" (see 5.5.2.3, 5.5.3.2);
Added a calculation formula for determining the ability to remove fibers from decoration (see 5.5.3.3);
Changed content such as "maximum available capacity of dust collector" and "energy consumption" (see 5.7 and 6.16 in the 2014 version);
Changed 'determination of air data' to 'installation of dry vacuum cleaner in pressure equalization box for air data testing', and added 'safety'
Installation requirements (see 5.8.4 of the 2014 version);
Changed the test method for measuring vacuum degree under dust load state of dust collector and the test procedure for filtration efficiency of dry vacuum cleaner
(See 5.9.2.3 and 5.11.6 of the 2014 version);
Added the technical content of "total dust emissions during vacuuming" (see 5.10);
Changed the "life test" to "ability to maintain air flow characteristics" (see 6.10 in the 2014 version);
Added regulations on the energy consumption of dust removal for hard floors and hard floors with gaps (see 6.16.3);
Added "motor operating life test" and "rated input power" (see 6.17 and 6.18);
1According to the testing requirements of national, American, and European standards, including European standardsBThe testing method is orifice plate type
2Inflatable chamber (pressure equalization box): The size and material are designed and manufactured according to relevant standards;
3Test pipeline: The test pipeline is formed by a throttle valve and a steel pipeline, with a measurement accuracy of ±2%.
