Description:

DESCRIPTION

1Horizontal and Vertical Combustion Tester HVUL-2Technical Requirements

1. Combustion chamber volume: ≥ 0.75m3

2. Nozzle diameter 9.5mm, gas calorific value 37MJ/m3, timing

3. The distance from the supplementary gas inlet to the nozzle is 100mm

4. Flame adjustment height range: 20-175mm

5. The angle between the flame nozzle and the vertical direction can be adjusted within a range of 0-45 degrees

6. Automatic timing t1, t2, t3, range: 0-99.9 seconds, resolution: 0.5 seconds

7. Verify flame temperature and heating time using standard copper blocks and temperature instruments: 0-1000 ℃, ± 1%


2、 Other requirements

1. Stainless steel box, surface spray treated, sealed, dark inner wall of the box, with observation window,

2. After the experiment is completed, exhaust gas is discharged through a strong exhaust fan

3. Supporting fixtures for flexible samples (GB/T 5169.16 Figure 2) and other necessary supporting fixtures.

4. During the experiment, there should be no external fresh air entering, and after the experiment is completed, there should be a strong exhaust fan to discharge the exhaust gas

5. Prepare two 10L hydraulic steel cylinders for methane and propane respectively (including applicable precision pressure reducing valves)

3、 Purpose of the experiment:

The combustibility test is conducted by using a Bunsen burner of a specified size and a specific gas source (methane or natural gas) to ignite a test sample in a horizontal or vertical state at a certain height and angle. The combustibility of the test sample is evaluated based on the duration of ignition and burning, as well as the ignition of the underlying material.


4、 Test scope:

Fire protection casing for stationary equipment; Materials placed inside fire-resistant enclosures; The flammability of v-0, V-1, V-2, HB, 5V, HF-HF-2, HBF grade materials or foamed plastics shall be graded and evaluated. Suitable for research, production, and quality inspection departments of electrical and electronic products such as lighting equipment, low-voltage appliances, household appliances, machine tool motors, power tools, electronic instruments, electrical instruments, information technology equipment, electrical affairs equipment, electrical connectors, and accessories, as well as insulation materials, engineering plastics, or other solid combustible materials industries.


5General Requirements

1. The 500W nominal test flame device complies with the relevant requirements of GB/T 5169.15, UL94, and IEC 60695-11-20 standards.

2. The 50W nominal test flame device complies with the relevant requirements of GB/T 5169.16 and IEC 60695-11-10 standards.Process automatic control, automatic judgment, and data retention.


6、 Specification and performance:

Lamp: The diameter of the Bunsei lamp tube is 9.5mm ± 0.5mm, and the length is about 100mm from the main air inlet or inlet upwards

The shape of the mouth of the local lighting fixture: circular lamp mouth and stainless steel fish tail shaped lamp mouth (replaceable)

According to the standard: The horizontal and vertical combustion tester is IEC60950:1999, UL 94 IEC 707、IEC 695-2-2、ISO1210:1992; Simulation test items specified in standards such as ISO9772-2001.
