It is mainly divided into three parts: force value testing subject, pendulum testing subject, and control host.The main structure adopts a gantry style steel frame structure. The maximum width of the sample installation table at the bottom of the test bench is 1500mm, the depth is 1200mm, and the height is 28000. The bottom is equipped with a turntable, which can perform multi angle impact on circular specimens;

The impact test bench is mainly made of steel square tubes, with heavy-duty leveling casters installed at the bottom for easy transportation and fixation during testing. The equipment has casters that can be moved, allowing for electric adjustment of the impact point height and impact height, and can be adjusted in three dimensions: front, back, left, right, and up and down;

The control part is an independent console connected to the device body through a quick plug, and all three parts use anti-static spray coating technology.

control systemThe force value test mainly tests the static load, thrust, tension, and torque of the product. A group of servo motors lift the loading plate up and down through a double roller screw and apply static load pressure to the product through a central spoke sensor. The front and rear sets of detachable pressure structures can be pushed to one side of the equipment without testing (impact testing can be conducted). When in use, two sets of servo motors drive the ball screw to perform tension, thrust, and torque tests through an S-shaped sensor, and a single set of detachable servo motors drive the ball screw to perform door strength testing through an S-shaped sensor by moving up and down;

According to the requirements of impact and impact experiments, a 130 type stepper with RV63 turbine reducer is used to lift the swing arm, and the maximum lifting capacity of the impact head is 50Kg. The impact height is accurately controlled by setting the angle according to the formula. The servo motor drives the ball screw to control the displacement height to locate the impact point. The insurance sales process is easy to replace various punches, and the impact structure is equipped with a clutch to prevent secondary impact.The control part adopts dual touch screen operation, and the force value operation touch screen adopts computer style, which can perform various force value tests through setting. The touch screen can display the strength value test curve, and the impact touch screen can set and control the action of the impact part, making the operation simple and efficient.
