3、 Preparation before the experiment
1. Adjust the adjustment rod of the suspension weight steel wire rope. When the motor cam is at the lower limit point, apply force to the adjustment rod. At other positions, apply force to the sample tension rod.
2. Select tension and torque weights according to the sample requirements. When installing the torque weight, first turn on the power and press the torque fixture release button to release the torque arm wheel. Place the torque weight on the steel rope hook, then rotate the torque arm wheel to raise the weight to the corresponding height, and then pop up the fixture release button to reset it.
3. Adjust the position of the pull rod
When conducting a tensile test, it is required that the pull rod be aligned with the center of the pulled power cord. Adjustment steps: Rotate the handle to move the working head up and down, aligning the pull rod with the power cord, and at the same time, press the top block in front of the pull rod vertically against the power cord output surface.
5. Clamp the power cord tightly
Before clamping the power cord, first make a mark 20mm away from the outlet, then loosen the clamp of the pull rod, place the power cord into the clamp slot, tighten the power cord, and tighten the clamp bolt.
7. Pre set the number of tension times and torque time as required.
