DESCRIPTION
2.1
Sports Ground Playground
A venue set up for sports activities such as fitness, training, and competitions.
2.2
Sports Ground Surface
A type of artificial or natural material used to lay on the surface of a sports field, also known as a sports field surface layer.
2.3
Impact attenuation
The characteristic of reducing peak impact force or peak acceleration on the ground of a sports field through local deformation or displacement.
2.4
Critical fall height; CFH
Under the specified test conditions, the maximum drop height at which the ground of the sports field meets the impact attenuation performance.
2.5
Head injury criteria (HIC) value
Infer the characteristic values of the degree of human head injury caused by the fall impact process under specified test conditions.
2.6
Maximum acceleration
Gmax
The maximum value of the simulated head impact acceleration, expressed as a multiple of the gravitational acceleration g.
Simulation head, meeting the following requirements: - Using aluminum alloy with material grade 6061 and heat treatment method T6, processed into a hemisphere with a diameter of 160mm ± 5mm and a mass of 4.6kg ± 0.05kg; ——The three-dimensional acceleration sensor should be installed at the center of gravity of the simulation head; 3GB30228-2013- When installing a one-dimensional acceleration sensor, its axis should coincide with the axis of the analog head, and its deviation should be less than 5 °; ——The analog head and accelerometer should be tightly integrated without gaps, and not affected by vibration and impact. 5.1.2.2.3 When using a one-dimensional acceleration sensor, there should be a guide rail to guide the simulation head vertically down. 5.1.2.2.4 Impact measurement system, including acceleration measurement system, recording device, and head injury assessment value (HIC) calculation program. ——- Acceleration measurement system: The measurement frequency range is 0.3Hz~1000Hz, and the amplitude error should be less than 5%; ——- Recording device, sampling frequency not less than 10kHz; ——Calculate the HIC value according to equation (1). 5.1.2.2.5 Height measurement equipment with an accuracy of 1mm. 5.1.2.2.6 Release system, a device that does not generate torque or any form of force that causes the simulation head to rotate.
2.7
Loose granular material
Small, independently separated, and movable materials such as sand, gravel, wood chips, crushed rubber, etc.
2.8
Point elastic sports ground surface
A surface layer that undergoes deformation at or very close to a point of force, such as a plastic field.
2.9
Elastic sports field surface area elastic sports surface
A surface layer that undergoes deformation in a large area around a point of force, such as a sports wooden flooring field.
4.1.1 When the drop height of sports facilities exceeds 600mm, a sports field with impact attenuation should be installed throughout the entire collision area
The critical drop height of the ground should be greater than the drop height of the facility.
4.1.2 The indicators of impact attenuation performance of sports field ground should comply with the maximum acceleration (Gmax) not exceeding 200g and the head injury evaluation value
(HIC) not greater than 1000.
