6.7.2 Wind volume test of ceiling fan

The experiment was conducted in the air volume test room shown in Figures 5 and 6, and the dimensions of the test screen and external screen in the laboratory are as follows:

Test screen length: 4500 mm.

Width: 4500 mm.

Height: 3000 mm.

The above dimensions allow for an error of ± 15mm.

The top of the test screen, except for a circular hole (top hole) in the center, should be covered by the top screen, and the diameter of the top hole should be larger than the diameter of the fan blade

10%~20%, the thickness of the partition of the central top screen with a top hole should not exceed 6mm.

The bottom of the test screen should be 450mm away from the ground to provide an appropriate air outlet.

The top plate outside the test screen or any protruding beam that may interfere with the airflow should be located no less than 1000mm above the top hole, i.e. the outer screen
