GB9706 Motor Short Circuit Overload Testing System

1、 Product Overview: This mainly tests the overload performance of electric heating element ME equipment, ME equipment with electric motors, and rated discontinuous operation ME equipment to verify whether effective protection is provided for overheating caused by electric heating element and/or motor overload in ME equipment.

2、 Compliant with the standard: According to the overload test requirements in section 13.2.13 of GB9706.1-2020:

1.1ME equipment with electric heating elements;

1.2 ME equipment with electric motors;

1.3 ME equipment rated for non continuous operation;

3.7.Single phase AC voltage regulator: voltage adjustable from 0-300V, power 3KVA;

3.8Three phase AC voltage regulator: voltage 0-440V, power 3KVA;

3.9Test motor load: 3KW magnetic powder brake, continuously adjustable braking power

4.0Temperature sampling: 4-channel temperature module, K-type thermocouple, temperature range: 0-400 ℃
