DESCRIPTION
1. It should meet the equipment requirements in Appendix G.7 of Part 1: General Requirements for Basic Safety and Basic Performance of Medical Electrical Equipment (9706.1-2020);
2The equipment complies with Appendix G.7 of GB9706.1-2022 standard;
3The experimental device includes an ignition chamber and a contact device. The ignition chamber has a volume of 250cm and is filled with the specified gas or mixture. The contact device generates sparks by opening and closing (see Figure G.7);
4The contact device consists of a cadmium disk with two slots and another disk with four 0.2 mm diameter tungsten wires; The second plate slides on one plate. The free length of tungsten wire is 11 mm. The shaft connected to the tungsten wire disk rotates at a speed of 80 r/min;
5The shaft connecting the cadmium disk and the shaft connecting the tungsten wire disk rotate in opposite directions. The speed ratio between the shaft connected to the tungsten wire and the other shaft is 50:12, and these two shafts are insulated from each other and from the equipment rack. The ignition chamber should be able to withstand an internal overpressure of 1.5 MPa;
6By using this contact device, close or disconnect the test circuit and check if sparks will ignite the gas or mixture being tested;
7G.1 Test rods with diameters of 4mm and 12mm, timer/stopwatch, sealing gasket test according to B-b of IEC 60068-2-2 (GB/T 2423.2), load cell (minimum 100N), gas pressure gauge (range 0 to 400Pa), voltmeter, ammeter, ohmmeter, capacitance and inductance meter, oxygen mixture, flammable mixture test device (Figure G.7).
