1、 Equipment Overview:
The plastic track vertical deformation testing machine is mainly used for testing the vertical deformation performance of plastic sports fields. The machine's heavy hammer simulates the effect of human action on the composite surface layer and calculates the test results through a computer system.
2、 Technical principle:
The basic theory is to drop a heavy hammer of a specified mass from a specified height according to the law of conservation of energy, converting potential energy into kinetic energy. The converted energy impacts the test sample, and the force value is sampled and transmitted to a computer acquisition system through an impact sensor. The computer then performs a series of processes such as sampling, processing, calculation, and analysis to display the results of impact absorption and vertical deformation acting on plastic composite materials, thereby measuring the impact resistance and deformation parameters of plastic materials.
