1、 Equipment Overview:

Used for testing the speed limit and pedal riding ability of electric bicycles. according toAccording to the requirements of standards such as GB17761-2018 and GB3565-2005, safety performance and energy consumption of electric bicycles and other products should be tested. Verify that data can be stored and transmitted. The measurement parameters include deceleration, speed, time, distance, force, current, voltage, etc.

2、 Meet the standards:

satisfyGB17761-2018 "Safety Technical Specification for Electric Bicycles" specifies the test requirements for Article 7.2.1 "Vehicle Speed Limit", Article 7.2.2 "Braking Performance", and Article 7.2.4 "Pedal Riding Distance".

3、 Working conditions:

1. Test environment: -5 ℃~35 ℃, wind speed<3m/s

2. Test road:

1) Road surface: concrete road surface;

2) Road size: 3m (length) * 2m (width) * 20cm (thickness);

3) Friction coefficient between dry road surface and electric bicycle tires: * less than 0.5;

3. Cycling personnel counterweight: total weight ≤ 75Kg.

1. Capable of conducting safety performance tests on electric bicycles in accordance with the requirements of GB17761-2018 standard; Voltage collection range: 24V/36V/48V, 48V/60V/72V
