1、 Scope of application:

Can handle the frame of an electric bicycle/Perform dynamic simulation loading on the front fork assembly to achieve the testing process of vibration of the frame/front fork assembly. This equipment is mainly used to test the strength performance of the frame/front fork assembly, and is suitable for conducting front and rear vibration tests on electric bicycle frames.

2、 Experimental principle:

Fix the test sample on the test bench according to the standard test requirements, fully simulate the force situation of an electric bicycle during riding, and set the size of the test force and the number of vibrations according to the standardObserve whether the frame breaks or cracks after a certain number of tests, and whether the connectors and fasteners are loose. If the test piece is damaged halfway or the number of tests reaches the limit, the machine will automatically stop and retain the test results.
