Description:

The electric fan air volume laboratory is built according to Appendix A of the national standard GB/T 13380-2007 “AC Fans and Governors“, meeting the requirements of GB/T 13380-2007 “AC Fans and Governors“ and GB 12021.9-2008 “Energy Efficiency Limits and Grades for AC Fans“. The electric fan air volume laboratory also refers to the table fan, wall fan, platform fan, floor fan, rotary fan, and top fan mentioned in the national standard as table fans because the testing methods are basically the same.

DESCRIPTION

The electric fan air volume laboratory is built in accordance with Appendix A of the national standard GB/T13380-2007 "AC Fans and Governors", meeting the requirements of GB/T13380-2007 "AC Fans and Governors" and GB12021.9-2008 "AC Fans Energy Efficiency Limits and Energy Efficiency Grades". For the convenience of writing and because the testing methods are basically the same, the electric fan air volume laboratory refers to the table fan, wall fan, table fan, floor fan, rotary fan, and top fan mentioned in the national standard as table fans in the technical specifications.

1、 Technical conditions for laboratory air volume of electric fans

1The anemometer is moved in two directions, left and right, along a horizontal line perpendicular to the axis of the fan blades in the test plane. The system is equipped with a laser beam for direct positioning of the anemometer, ensuring that the axis of the anemometer blades is always parallel to the axis of the electric fan blades. The installation mechanism of the anemometer should minimize the obstruction of airflow;

2Environmental temperature control: 20 ± 5 ℃. Therefore, it is recommended to install the test shielding room in a room with air conditioning or install air conditioning, and control the outdoor ground temperature of the shielding room to be below 20 ℃ to ensure that the testing requirements are met;

3. The blade plane of the anemometer is parallel to the fan blades of the tested electric fan, with a distance of three times the diameter of the fan blades of the tested electric fan; Add a testing device positioning mechanism that can automatically locate;

4The height of the center of the tested electric fan blades from the ground is 1200mm for table fans, wall fans, platform fans, top fans, and turning fans, and 1500mm for floor fans (when floor fans with a length of 4500mm or less are tested in a laboratory, their height is 1200mm).

2、 Technical indicators of electric fan airflow laboratory:

1. Fan specifications (mm): 200, 250, 300, 350, 400

2. Laboratory dimensions (mm): 7000 (length) x 7000 (width) x 4000 (height)

3. The electric fan air volume test room is developed and produced according to the GB13380-2007 standard.

4. The electric fan air volume test room is suitable for floor fans, wall mounted fans, ventilation fans, and ceiling fans.

4. Voltage, current, power, power factor;

5. Rotational speed;

4、 Measurement system accuracy:

The measurement method shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the national standard GB13380

1. Temperature: Range: 0 ℃ to 50 ℃; Accuracy: ≤± 0.5 ℃

2. Humidity: Accuracy: ≤± 2% RH

3. Wind speed: 0-20m/s; Accuracy: ≤± 0.01m/s2% reading

4. Current: Range: 0-5A; Accuracy: ≤± 0.5% Full Scale Meter

5. Voltage: Range: 0-300V; Accuracy: ≤± 0.5% (full-scale meter)

6. Power: Range: 0-1KW; Accuracy: ≤± 0.5% (full-scale meter)

5、 Other technical requirements

1. Airflow measurement bracket and transmission mechanism (walking outward in increments of 40mm from a distance of 20mm from the fan blade axis, ensuring that the minimum measuring point of the 16 inch fan measures an average wind speed of less than 25m/min, with adjustable heights of 1200mm and 1500mm);

2. Airflow measurement anemometer and sensor (blade type anemometer with a sensitivity of not less than 0.15mls and a range of 1200m/min, less than or equal to 100mm).

3. The horizontal and vertical lifting mechanism of the tested machine (the platform can be adjusted within a height range of 550mm-1300mm).

4. Testing distance adjustment mechanism for the tested machine (the platform can be adjusted within a distance of 550mm-1550mm from the air volume measurement bracket)

5. Horizontal and concentric position adjustment mechanism of the tested machine (± 15 degrees).

6. Power meter: single-phase electrical parameter meter (level 0.5)

7. Control cabinet and low-voltage electrical appliances, stepper motor drive device.

8. Module and interface board stepper motor driver board/RS485 communication board.

9. The testing software includes a testing computer.

10. The experimental room is made of 50mm polyurethane cold storage panels, and there is one movable wall panel installed in the 6000 meter long direction of the room, with sliding rails on both sides.


6、 Purpose:

1. Scope of application (applicable standards)

The requirements for this air volume testing device are based on the convenience of walking, and because the testing methods are basically the same, it can meet the air volume testing requirements of table fans, wall fans, floor fans, and column fans Four anemometers are used to collect wind speed (two anemometers are added in the vertical direction on top of the original two horizontal anemometers on the test plane) to represent the average wind speed on the same ring.
