DESCRIPTION
Appendix A (Normative Appendix) Calculation of Airflow for Platform Fans, Wall Fans, Terrace Fans, Floor Fans, Rotary Fans, and Top Fans
Appendix B (Normative Appendix) Calculation of Airflow for Ceiling Fans and Decorative Ceiling Fans
Appendix C (Normative Appendix) Air Performance Test Method for Column Fans
This standard is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T1.1-2009.
This standard replaces GB/T13380-2007 "AC Fans and Governors". Compared with GB/T133802007, this standard mainly
The technological changes are as follows
Write the 9 "terms" in Appendix C of GB/T133802007 into the definitions in Chapter 3 (see Chapter 3);
According to the air volume testing method and verification data, for table fans, wall fans, platform fans, floor fans, ceiling fans, and turntables with a diameter of 300mm or less
The air volume value of the fan has been adjusted appropriately. The air volume value of 230mm and below specifications shall be assessed according to the requirements of non preferred sizes, that is
Calibrated by the manufacturer themselves (see 5.2);
The energy efficiency values of table fans, wall fans, platform fans, floor fans, ceiling fans, and rotary fans with a diameter of 300mm or less have been adjusted based on validation data
When adjusting. The energy efficiency value of 230mm and below specifications shall be assessed according to the requirements of non preferred sizes (see 5.3);
The energy efficiency value of the column fan has been adjusted appropriately based on the testing method and validation data (see 5.3);
According to the development and changes in the specifications of column fans, the noise limit has been changed from 50dB (A) to 63dB (A) (see 5.5);
The air volume test for table fans, wall fans, platform fans, floor fans, ceiling fans, and rotary fans shall be conducted from the original table fans, wall fans, platform fans, ceiling fans, and rotary fans
The fan was tested for air volume in a 4.5m long laboratory, while the floor fan was tested for air volume in a 6m long laboratory (400mm floor fan allowed)
Change the air volume test in a 4.5m long laboratory to an electric fan (table fan, wall fan, platform fan) less than or equal to 400mm
Conduct air volume testing on fans, floor fans, ceiling fans, and rotary fans in a 4.5-meter-long laboratory, with the above-mentioned electric fans larger than 400mm
Conduct air volume testing during a 6-meter long air volume test (see 6.7.1);
Added wet heat test for organic coated parts. The experimental temperature and humidity conditions are: temperature, (40 ± 2) C; relative humidity, (93 ± 3)% (see
6.13);
The wind speed measurement method for table fans, wall fans, platform fans, floor fans, ceiling fans, and rotary fans has been changed from the original two horizontal meters to water meters
Two tables in both the horizontal and vertical directions (a total of four tables) are used to test the wind speed (to improve the uniformity of the average wind speed of the circular ring) (see 6.7.1.1);
Change the air volume test of column fans to use the air volume test method of GB/T1236 (see 6.7.3);
The "leakage current and electrical strength test" item for factory inspection has been changed to "electrical strength test", and the "input power and current" item has been changed to
Input power measurement "has added" simplified methods used during factory inspection "(see Table 6 in 7.2.1);
The type inspection has added the items of "radiation, toxicity, and similar hazards" and added Note 4 to Table 7 (see Table 7 in 7.3.2);
Added Appendix C "Air Performance Test Method for Column Fans".
This standard uses the redrafting method to refer to IEC60879:1986 "Structure and Performance of Circulating Electric Fans and Their Speed Governors" and its 1992 survey
The degree of consistency with IEC60879:1986 is non equivalent for the preparation of incorrect documents.
