This air volume testing device meets the air volume testing requirements for table fans, wall fans, platform fans, floor fans, and ceiling fans.

2、 Technical conditions:

1. Environmental temperature control: 21.1 ± 5 ℃, humidity 50%. Therefore, it is recommended to install the test shielding room in a room with central air conditioning or install independent air conditioning, and control the ground temperature outside the shielding room to be below 21.1 ℃ to ensure that the testing requirements are met. This plan does not include the temperature control part of the experimental environment.

2. The installation device of the ceiling fan is coaxial with the center of the ground rotation axis in the middle of the roof.

3. Anemometer: 12 wind speed probes are installed on a rotating arm that can rotate around the axis according to the standard installation position.

3、 Device requirements:

1The device should comply with the requirements of DOE 10 CFR Appendix U to subpart B of part 430-2018 standard for air volume testing, with a reasonable design, high degree of automation, convenient use, durability, and load-bearing and anti vibration capabilities;

2. Test scope: Ceiling fans (customers only use test ceiling fans) can automatically generate detection results and process curves, and print them out.

3. There are a total of 12 wind pressure anemometers. (Brand pending test results meet the 430 standard)

4. The system should be equipped with a multifunctional electricity meter that can measure voltage, current (true effective value), and power, as well as a 500VA variable frequency (± 1%) voltage regulating power supply. Please refer to the configuration table for specific configurations.
