DESCRIPTION
Technical scheme for the odor reduction test device of range hood
1、 Design Basis:
According to the requirements of Appendix F "Odor Reduction Test Method" in GB/T17713-2011 "Range Hood" standard, a set of test equipment is designed and developed to complete the odor reduction test of the range hood and meet the test requirements.
2、 The composition of the range hood odor reduction test device consists of two main parts: * * part includes a simulated kitchen laboratory, odor generation system, sampling system, and electrical control system. **Part of it includes an odor content measurement system and a data processing system. This technical solution only elaborates on the implementation of the first part.
3、 Technical indicators
3 3
1. Requirements for the dimensions of the simulated kitchen laboratory: length x width x height: 3.5 m x 2.5 m x 2.5 m, 22 m ± 2 m
2. Requirements for airtightness of simulated kitchen laboratory: After measuring the high odor concentration in the laboratory, the odor concentration measured one hour later should not decrease by more than 5%.
3. Power of heater: 2KW/220V. Temperature control accuracy: 170 ± 10 ℃ Thermocouple accuracy: ± 2 ℃
4. Each drip: a mixture of 300g ± 1g room temperature distilled water and 12g ± 0.1g butanone (analytical grade); Time for each drip: 30 minutes ± 15 seconds
5. Forms of the tested machine: external discharge and circulation
