DESCRIPTION


This test method adopts the multi nozzle air flow testing method specified in GB/T1236-2017.

According to the standard:

Testing principle:

The air volume measurement test device is based onIECA standard air volume testing system developed and manufactured using advanced Japanese technology.

The basic testing principle is to simulate the actual working state of the test sample in the testing wind tunnel (using an auxiliary fan to make the outlet pressure of the test sample consistent with the requirements), then measure the pressure difference on both sides of the nozzle in the wind tunnel, calculate the corresponding wind speed using a standard formula, and finally multiply it by the nozzle area and relevant flow coefficient to obtain the air volume.

The device adopts a computer automatic measurement and control method, which only requires manual installation of the test sample and replacement of the nozzle. The entire process of testing one test sample only takes ten minutes. It can measure the corresponding curves of static pressure and air volume, air volume and speed, current, power, efficiency, etc. The test sample can also be tested in both inhalation and excretion states. It has the characteristics of convenience, speed, stability, reliability, and good reproducibility. Satisfy the testing and use of related products in scientific research and production processes.

Cooling fan, axial fan, ventilation fan, range hood, etc.

The air performance of column fans shall be evaluated according to this appendix. Due to the fact that the pressure of column fans is usually less than 1000Pa, the reference Mach number does not exceed
