Charging gun plug-in life solution immersion testing machine

Equipment function:

1. Normal operation item testing of charging interface: The standard requires that the charging interface be plugged in and out at a running speed of 0.8m/s, and the contact time between the charging gun and the seat should be no less than 2s and no more than 4s. The connection time can be set arbitrarily within the range of 0-9s, and the distance between the charging gun and the seat should not be less than 50mm. The above parameter requirements can be set through the human-machine interface operating system parameter setting interface.

Main technical parameters:

1. Test stroke: adjustable within the range of 1-150mm;

2. Test speed: adjustable within the range of 5-900mm/s;

3. Test frequency: Any value can be preset within the range of 0-9999 times;

4. Insertion and extraction speed: 7.5 strokes per minute, adjustable range 3-10 strokes per minute;

5. Product soaking time: 1-9999.9s can be set;

6. Testing medium: It can be filled with four different solutions (acid rain, salt water, and water) or mud, and can automatically drive the charging gun to soak different solutions.
