Technical Specification for Performance Testing Device of Electric Fan
Purpose: According to the technical specifications of BSENIAEC60879:2019 and GB/T13380-2015:
1 Scope of application (applicable standards)
The requirements for this air volume testing device are based on the convenience of walking, and because the testing methods are basically the same, it can meet the air volume testing requirements of table fans, wall fans, floor fans, and column fans. Four anemometers are used to collect wind speed (two anemometers are added in the vertical direction on top of the original two horizontal anemometers on the test plane) to represent the average wind speed on the same ring.

1. The device meets the requirements of IEC60879 standard for air volume testing, with a reasonable design, high degree of automation, convenient use, durability, and load-bearing and anti vibration capabilities;
2. Test scope: ceiling fan;
3. Test parameters and items: temperature, humidity, atmospheric pressure, wind speed, air volume, input power, energy efficiency value.
4. The system adopts computer control and can display the wind speed value of each testing point. Generally, one testing point is set every 3 minutes (including positioning, delay of about 1 minute, and testing time of about 2 minutes). The average wind speed and point air volume of each circle are also displayed,
It can automatically generate detection results and process curves, and print them out.
5. During the experiment, measurements should be taken from two points approximately 40mm away from the axis of the fan blade, and moved in increments of 80mm along a horizontal straight line towards both sides until the measured average wind speed drops below 9m/min;
6. The fan mounting bracket and anemometer base are equipped with a universal adjustable pan tilt, and the installation height can be easily adjusted within the required range;
7. German Detu 435-2 type impeller anemometer, impeller diameter 100mm; 4 in total;
8. The system should be equipped with a multifunctional electricity meter that can measure voltage, current (true effective value), and power, as well as a 500VA variable frequency (± 1%) voltage regulator
