DESCRIPTION

1.Using high-quality motor and gearbox to drive the screw, slow and uniform loading is achieved

2.Force range: 0-1350N can be set

3.Using a stepper motor to drive the screw lifting mechanism for pressurization, sustainable or cyclic loading

4.Frequency: 6-15 times/min adjustable

5.Loading speed: 0.01-20mm/s can be set

6.Cycle times: 1-999999 can be set. After reaching the set time, the automatic cycle test function will be activated. When the test reaches the user set number of times, the device will automatically shut down and issue an alarm.

7.Specification of dynamic load test head: The load pad (see Figure 201.104) is a rigid circular object with a diameter of 355mm ± 5mm, and its surface has a convex spherical curvature with a radius of 800mm, with a front edge radius of 20mm.

8.Power supply: AC 380V50HZ

9.By replacing the test head of the drive mechanism, dynamic load, impact resistance, and compression resistance tests can be conducted separately
