DESCRIPTION

Automobile Rolling Test Device

1、 Overview:

Place the power plug and vehicle plug with the manufacturer's recommended cable on the cement floor at will, and apply a pressure of 11000 ± 500N at a speed of (8 ± 2) km/h over the power plug or vehicle plug (tire inflation pressure 220 ± 10kPa) to test the ability of the power plug or vehicle plug to withstand rolling.

2、 According to the standard:

Meets the requirements of Article 7.21 of the standard GB/T20234.1-2011 "Connection Devices for Conductive Charging of Electric Vehicles Part 1: General Requirements".

3、 Technical features:

A steel frame with surface electrostatic spraying is used to form the frame, and the bottom plate simulates a cement floor. The rolling mechanism can simulate a car rolling an object and sliding up and down freely. The plug bears the same pressure
