DESCRIPTION
1. Main purpose: Used for anti-collision impact testing of swinging components of outdoor fitness equipment.
2. According to the standards: Appendix F of GB 19272-2024 and Appendix D of GB/T 28711-2012
Raise the swing seat and collide with the test block. The data obtained from each impact measured by an accelerometer is processed to obtain the acceleration
Peak and surface pressure.
D. 2 Testing Equipment
D. 2.1 Testing device, including test block (D.2.2), accelerometer (D.2.3), chain (D.2.4) (see Figure D.1).
D. 2.2 Test block, including an aluminum ball with a diameter of 160 mm ± 5 mm and a weight of 4.6 kg ± 0.05 kg. The surface roughness is less than 25 μ m, so that the impactor will experience an average force between the swing seat and the accelerometer.
D. 2.3 Accelerometer
Installed on the test block
At the center of gravity of (D.2.2), acceleration can be measured in three dimensions, and the axial angle error of acceleration is within 2 degrees.
D. 2.4 Chain
Chain, 2 6mm thick chains, 1600mm long (from the pivot to the swing seat), so that the test block (D.2.2) can hit it
Swing seat.
3. Technical indicators:
3.1 The test device includes: test block, accelerometer, and chain.
3.2 Test block: diameter of φ 160mm ± 5mm, mass of 4.6kg ± 0.05kg, made of aluminum, with a surface roughness of less than 25 μ m on the aluminum ball.
