The air volume measurement test device is based on the standard:

IEC61591-2005 Household range hood Performance testing methods, GB/T14806-2003 AC converters and their speed controllers for household and similar purposes.

GB/T 1236-2000 "Performance testing of standardized ducts for industrial ventilation fans" (using nozzle measurement part)

The requirements of Appendix A clause in the draft standard GB/T17713-2011 "Range hood" for comments.

Testing principle of air volume measurement test device:

The air volume measurement test device is an air volume testing system developed and manufactured based on IEC standards and advanced Japanese technology.

The basic testing principle is to simulate the actual working state of the test sample in the testing wind tunnel (using an auxiliary fan to make the outlet pressure of the test sample consistent with the requirements), and then measure the pressure difference on both sides of the nozzle in the wind tunnel,

Then calculate the corresponding wind speed using the standard formula, and multiply it by the nozzle area and relevant flow coefficient to obtain the air volume.

Cooling fan, axial fan, ventilation fan, range hood, etc.

This plan does not include the laboratory building structure, which will be constructed by the user according to the standards;

1. General requirements for the laboratory

The air performance test device for range hood adopts orifice plate measurement method to complete the tests of nominal air volume, nominal pressure and efficiency of range hood. During the experiment, manually replace the orifice plate,

The computer automatically collects pressure values, temperature values, and power values, completes data processing, and prints out the test report.

2. Testing system

3. Wind volume measurement test device testing software
1). Using WinXP operating system, with a window interface and Chinese display.
2). All measured data can be collected and continuously monitored in real-time in the form of numbers and tables.
