Range hood air performance test device GB/T17713

1. Used for testing range hood products (rated voltage 100V, 110V, 120V, 220V, 230V, 240V). There is a variable frequency regulated power supply: adjustable from 0-300V, ± 0.5V.

2. Complies with the testing requirements for range hoods specified in GB/T17713-2011 and GB 29539-2013 standards.

3. Suitable for detecting the air outlet of range hood: 180mm, 170mm, 160mm, 150mm, 140mm.

4. Wind pressure (static pressure at specified air volume) 0-1000 Pa with an error of ± 1% Pa.

5. Maximum static pressure: 0-1000 Pa, with an error of ± 1% Pa.

6. Maximum air volume: 0.5-25m/min, with an error of ± 2%.

7. Total pressure efficiency at specified air volume: 0.1-50%, with an error of ± 1%

8Electrical parameters: The measurement accuracy of voltage, current, and power is level 0.5, and the range of digital display instruments is:

9Air temperature display: 0-100 ℃, ± 0.5 ℃.

10Air pressure: 80-110kPa, within ± 100Pa.

11Air humidity display: (20-98)% R · H, ± 4%.

12The tested sample stage has an automatic lifting function.

13After the test is completed, it should be able to automatically calculate the test results (including: wind pressure (static pressure at specified air volume), maximum static pressure, maximum air volume, total pressure efficiency at specified air volume, and power).

14Installation of orifice plate: The installation of the orifice plate is convenient and sturdy, and the gap between the orifice plate and the pressure reducing cylinder is well sealed.

15Uncertainty of the experiment: The error of the repeatability test for one installation is less than ± 1.0%.
