The ozone concentration testing system for air purifiers is applicable to the ozone concentration testing of air purifiers installed in rooms with a volume not exceeding 30m3, as specified in Chapter 32 (Radiation, Toxicity, and Similar Hazards) of GB4706.45-2008/IEC60335-2-65:2005 (Ed2.0) "Special Requirements for Anquan Air Purifiers for Household and Similar Electrical Appliances".

The ozone concentration testing system for air purifiers is not suitable for testing the ozone concentration of air purifiers installed in rooms with a volume exceeding 30m3.

2. Technical parameters and functional implementation

2.1 Equipment composition

The system consists of two parts: an ozone concentration collection system and an ozone concentration tester.

This system does not include the adjustable variable frequency stabilized power supply and electrical parameter meter necessary for the operation of the air purifier.

2.2 Equipment Description

2.2.1 Ozone concentration collection system

Ozone concentration collection system: It consists of four parts: a closed studio, an air conditioning unit, an ozone collection device, and a workbench. Working for air purifiers and ozone collection sites;

2.2.1.1 Closed Studio:

A workshop for air purifiers for ozone concentration detection. The studio adopts a closed design, with a maximum internal size of 2.5m (width) x 3.5m (length) x 3.0m (height). The box is made of six sided insulation board, and polyethylene board is installed on the inner surface of the box. Stainless steel lighting fixtures are installed internally, and the side panel is reserved with test power supply and ozone collection holes. The door size is 0.8m × 2.0m and is equipped with a glass observation window.

2.2.1.2 Air conditioning unit:

A temperature and humidity control device for the studio. The unit adopts an external air-cooled unit, which can meet the test requirements of a temperature of 25 ℃± 2 ℃ and a humidity of about 50%.

2.2.1.3 Ozone collection device:

A dedicated device for ozone collection. The device is made of stainless steel and polyethylene that are not easily able to absorb ozone, and it is easy to move.

2.2.1.4 Workbench:

Operate the workbench for the air purifier. The workbench is made of stainless steel and polyethylene that are not easy to absorb ozone, with a tabletop size of 0.6m × 0.6m and a height of 0.75m
