1System Overview

This testing system utilizes an intelligent industrial control integrated system for control, with a large-sized computer for display and operation. It automatically measures, records, and prints test reports, and can analyze test results and data to meet the needs of product development and production.

II Testing principle and layout

This scheme adopts a blowing test mode, which automatically opens the nozzle combination according to the set air volume, and controls the air volume by infinitely adjusting the frequency of the auxiliary fan through a frequency converter; The middle of the wind chamber is composed of a uniform flow orifice plate, a nozzle, a starting actuator, and a nozzle plate; The size of the wind chamber interface is600mm×600mmThis system automatically calculates the fan airflow by measuring the pressure difference before and after the nozzle. When this equipment is running, the performance test device for the fresh air fan is turned on. The air volume of the auxiliary fan is controlled by controlling the opening and closing combination of the air chamber nozzle and the current frequency of the variable frequency device. The static pressure at the corresponding air volume is measured by a high-precision micro pressure gauge to obtain the corresponding data of the air volume and air pressure of the tested fan, and the air volume and air pressure curves are plotted.
